 1.確定方向 不走冤枉路                                                    
                                                                           
                                                                           
 俗話說:「馬壯車好不如方向對」,這句話的典故來自春秋戰國時期,有位夫子備了
 很多物品,欲前往南方楚國,便向路人問路,路人答:「此路非往楚國。」夫子說:
 「我的馬很壯,沒關係。」路人又再強調這不是去楚國的方向,夫子依然固執的說:
 「我的車很堅固。」路人只好歎息的說:「這不是往楚國的方向啊!」方向錯誤,再
 怎麼努力都枉然。                                                          
                                                                           
                                                                           
 仔細想想做這項工作的重點是什麼,希望藉此得到什麼結果,這樣做之後是不是真的
 能得到想要的結果,與你的主管及上下游流程的同事一同討論,再決定整個方向及流

 2.做行事曆及專案執行計劃                                                  
                                                                           
                                                                           
 事先做好計畫表可以幫助你釐清想做完的事,你可以利用以下的工具:            
                                                                           
                                                                           
 ‧電腦軟體,例如Outlook內有計畫表、行程表和日曆。                          
                                                                           
                                                                           
 ‧日曆或是商務日誌。                                                       
                                                                           
                                                                           
 ‧自行設計的簡單表格。                                                     
                                                                           
                                                                           
 以一天的計畫表來說,首先列出你必須做的事,這些是你今天的首要工作;然後再列
 出應該做的事,以及可以做但並不急於一時的事。然後評估各項工作所需的時間,再
 決定如何把時間分配到這些工作上。記住,應該把最重要的事情放在一天中狀況最好
 的時間內去做。一天的時間規劃完成後,可以延伸成一週的計畫,決定一週內最重要

 3.運用系統思考,工作分門別類進行                                          
                                                                           
                                                                           
 養成把握重點,循序漸進,集中力量的習慣,決定次序,從最重要的事情著手。我們
 必須先決定那一個工作比較重要,必須優先去做;那些比較不重要,可以緩辦。不考
 慮優先次序所產生的另一結果,常是一無所成,而且被拖延或耽擱的事情,等之後再

 在工作過程中再花時間去尋找所需的資料或工具,只會事倍功半,徒增出錯的機會。
 事前即將一切所需都準備好,即取即用。                                      
                                                                           
                                                                           
 ‧隨時準備好「最新」的資訊:「資料」的隨時更新與增刪,可以讓我們永遠掌握到 
 最新的訊息,並隨時將它做好整編、歸類等的工作,以供我們隨時掌握最新的狀況,

 ‧要有「工具庫」的觀念:隨時將自己的「知識、經驗、技能」等,做好轉換成工具 
 的觀念,以便隨時可以拿出來運用,或重新組合,以便縮短時間、提高效率,增加更

 ‧尋找自己的「良師」:在公司內外尋求一群具備不同專業技能與職位的良師,藉由

 5.不斷學習新的知識與技能                                                  
                                                                           
                                                                           
 在十倍速生涯裡,工作變換得快,工作速度本身也快,加上外在環境及產業新知識加
 速產生,若不加緊學習腳步,就可能像老牛拖著重車,或是一個折舊嚴重的汽車卻開
 在高速公路上一樣,不僅充滿了無力感,更會遭受時代無情的淘汰。「苦幹」是成功
 的充分或基本條件,但它並不能保證成功,今天我們還要聰明工作,只有不斷學習才

 不斷學習對工作能力的增進很重要,綜觀古今中外成功人士,或是觀察卓越企業的主
 管,主動發問、參加課程,甚至只是默默觀察別人怎麼做,都能從中學習到的新知與

 蟻,坐立難安。時時評估創意帶來的好成果,在過程中你會領悟到,利用創意來解決
